Winners to be notified by June 30, 2004. Winners list to
be posted on the Gom Publishing website. To request a list
of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Gom
Publishing up to 12 months following the contest end.
Royalties: Equally shared among all 20 placed
authors.
Rights: Writer's retain all rights to their
works. Winners simply grant Gom Publishing, LLC, the right
to include the short story in Best
New Sci-Fi & Fantasy of 2004.
