depending on the amount of design, marketing, and distribution of
your book you wish for Gom Publishing to handle. If you need a full-color

Bronze Plan
The Bronze Plan is suitable for authors wanting high quality books
but desiring to control all distribution activities themselves.
The Bronze Plan is $499 and includes:

our Self-Publishing Plans. It adds the Book Distribution Program.
The Platinum Plan is $2,499 and includes:

- Developmental editing

La Carte
In addition to the above plans, we offer the following optional
services to accommodate your needs. Many of these services are included
in the above plans already and therefore would not consitute an
additional charge. However, if you like, you can add on any of these
services to any publishing plan if it is not already included with
it. Note that some services listed may be required depending on
your individual needs.
- Book
Distribution Program — $795 (automatically included
with the Platinum Plan)
The Book Distribution Program involves inclusion in Gom Publishing's
book distribution service that uses 3rd party distribution companies
to place your book in a variety of retail outlets throughout the
United States (subject to change at any time).
- Text Scanning — $2 per
page
Convert a printed, hardcopy manuscript into a word processing
file.
- Galley Set — $20 plus
S&H (per set of three)
5.5" x 8.5" tape-bound galley.
- Large Poster Set — $199
plus S&H (per set of five)
18" x 30" full-color featuring author photo, book cover,
and ordering information.
- Small Poster Set — $25
(per set of ten)
11" x 17" full-color featuring author photo, book cover,
book signing, and ordering information.
- Indexing
— $50 per hour
Gom Publishing will help an author produce an index for a book.
The author and a Gom Publishing support person will determine
the most appropriate technique to be used.
- Assistance
— $50 per hour
An author may engage a Gom design specialist to resolve difficult
manuscript formatting issues such as image placement, table creation,
special internal text formatting, and custom cover designs. Additional
assistance will also be required for corrections and revisions
that are required after book production has begun.
- Post Card Set — $75
200 4"x6" postcards. Each card has the full-color book
cover on one side with the author’s photo or book summary,
and book ordering information on the other.
- Bookmark Set — $45
200 bookmarks. Each card has the full-color book cover with the
author’s photo or book summary and book ordering information.
- Business Card Set —
$45
200 business cards. Each card has the full-color book cover on
one side with the author’s photo or book summary, and book
ordering information on the other.
- Drop Shipment Service —
$25 per month
Proprietary toll-free number is provided allowing an author to
call-in book orders and have them drop shipped to a designated
address. (S&H added to author’s cost for the books.)
- CD-ROM — $50
A CD-ROM containing the final version of the book in desktop publishing,
PDF, and e-book formats; the text in a word processing form; and
the corresponding graphic files (if appropriate).
- eBook — $75
An eBook version of the book using your custom security settings.
- ISBN & Books-in-Print Listing—$35.
ISBN assignment and printing on book cover. Book listed in Bowker’s
Books-in-Print.
- Additional Proof
— $45
An additional proof copy.
Note: To receive a proof copy reflecting corrections and revisions
made after any proof has been received and/or after book production
has begun, you must purchase at least one Additional Proof.
- Online store listing—$50.
One-time set-up fee to have a book listed on the Gom Publishing
online store.
- Author
Marketing Program — $1,245 (automatically included
